After listing our house with various other agencies in town, with no success, we came to the decision that it was actually the person rather than the agency that actually mattered.  We asked around and received two or three independent recommendations for Sheree Henderson.  Sheree has been absolutely great to deal with.  She is professional and at the same time friendly.  She “knows her stuff”.  Our house was priced correctly for the market and she worked very very hard to sell it.  There were certain aspects of our house that made this a challenging sale but not one time did she either suggest we lower the price or that she could not sell it.  She listened when we had suggestions or questions and was never condescending.  She did not try to push extra advertising on us as we told her there was no budget for it.  Even after a couple of offers fell over, she was up beat, positive and got right back into it with a seemingly bottomless supply of “can-do”.  She ultimately managed to get us an, at asking price, offer on our house.  Which was just so exciting after having the house on and off the market for the better part of three years.  Her constant communication with us after each open home or visit was appreciated.  I would use Sheree again and highly recommend her to any prospective vendor.
